Aerobics
Aerobic exercise is defined as any repetitive physical activity that is done long and hard enough, to enhance circulatory and respiratory efficiency. Aerobic means 'with oxygen' and it requires the lungs and heart to meet the body’s increased oxygen demand. We also provide different forms of aerobic training like Cardio kickboxing, aerobic dance, step dance resistance bands, power yoga and much more
At Sweat, aerobics classes are conducted by many trained aerobics instructor, with the instructor at the head leading all the rest through a series of movements.
These classes are conducted daily; there are around four classes a day with the things spread through at the day.
