Our fitness classes are designed to achieve a maximum energy output to make your fitness goals a REALITY. With no complicated moves to learn, a motivating group environment, top-notch instructors, invigorating music and visualization that "begs your legs"...you’ll find yourself having a blast while you shed off that extra ...and lead your way to leaner, stronger body.
We also have from high resistance climbs, sprints, NS40 (Non Stop 40 mins), RPM class, intensive and extensive interval training and non-impact aerobic base conditioning for individuals who prefer or are limited to such a workout, and do not require much physical coordination, unlike most aerobics classes.
